Where you’ll fit in
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will support both the sales and marketing sides of the corporate sales department. This role supports the corporate sales business by helping drive client relationships, sales opportunities, and consistent product-focused marketing.
You will help grow sales through client outreach, follow-up, and account support, while also keeping our wholesale marketing materials fresh, organized, and effective. This includes weekly client emails, product updates, catalog management, website updates, and marketing collateral.
This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing sales activity with creative marketing execution.
What you’ll be responsible for

Supporting wholesale and corporate sales through client outreach, follow-up, and relationship management

Helping manage and grow existing client relationships

Prospecting new business through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, trade show lists, referrals, and past clients

Assisting with quotes, product recommendations, proposals, and client communication

Maintaining accurate notes, follow-ups, next steps, and client details in the sales operating system

Sending weekly client emails focused on new product releases, key product highlights, project highlights, seasonal opportunities, and other relevant updates

Managing updates to the digital and physical wholesale catalogs

Working with the design team to update catalog pages, product layouts, marketing materials, and sales collateral

Supporting website updates related to wholesale, product launches, client resources, and marketing needs

Keeping product information, pricing, photography, descriptions, and sales tools organized and up to date

Helping identify new product stories, client projects, and partnership highlights that can be shared with customers

Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, design, operations, and production to keep projects moving

What you’ll bring to the table

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Sales, marketing, ecommerce, wholesale, or customer-facing experience preferred

Ability to write clear, polished client-facing emails

Strong organizational and project management skills

Comfort working with creative teams on catalogs, collateral, and website updates

Basic understanding of product marketing, email marketing, and sales support

Experience with CRM, Shopify, email platforms, or website tools preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail across copy, product information, pricing, and visuals

Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage deadlines and follow through
